Marzipan Labs is an independent software company. We design, build and operate our own software, and we own the infrastructure it runs on.

The company was founded in 2026 and is registered as a limited liability company in the State of Wyoming, United States. It operates remotely, without offices — a deliberate structural choice rather than a temporary arrangement. It keeps the company small, the overhead near zero, and the decisions in the hands of the people doing the work.

Revenue comes from the software itself: subscriptions and licences paid by the people who use it. We hold no outside investment, carry no debt, and answer to no roadmap but our own. That is the point of the structure, not a stage we are passing through.

What interests us is a narrow thing done properly: software with real machine learning inside it, where the intelligence is invisible and the product simply behaves as though it understands. That is considerably harder than it sounds, and it is the reason the company exists.
